Editorial Policy

This page explains how we approach the information on this website, so you know what to expect from it.

What our content is for

We publish pages about hearing tests, hearing aids, ear care and related topics to help you understand your options and decide when to book an appointment. Our pages are written to be clear and practical, and they are general information. They do not diagnose or treat any condition.

Health information

We do not give self-treatment or home-remedy advice. Where a topic needs medical attention, we say so and point you to your GP, an ENT specialist or an emergency department. Where a topic is about a hearing test or hearing aid, we describe what happens at our clinics and what to ask us.

Claims and advertising

We follow Australian rules for advertising health services. We do not publish guarantees of results, and we do not use patient testimonials on our own pages about clinical outcomes. Reviews shown through the Google Reviews widget are written by people outside our team and are shown as posted.

Service details

Addresses, phone numbers and opening hours on this site are the ones our clinics use. If you find one that is out of date, please tell us using the contact details below.

Updates and corrections

We review and update pages when services or guidance change. See our corrections policy to report an error.
